Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya

Many of you may have noticed that the days around the 13th November 2008 represented a very powerful transition of consciousness. It is now time to let go of all habits and behaviours and embrace the unlimited potential that is presenting itself to you. Don’t hold on to the old, let it go, and embrace a brave new world. If you hold on, it will seem that you are thrown around like a scarecrow in a storm. However the quietest point is the eye of the storm.

As we approach the Winter Solstice on the 21st December 2008, the “Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya” is the recommended kriya to bring us through the transition, and into the aquarian age.  See KRI Teachings, and I have found numerous almost identical descriptions of it on the web, one of which is reproduced here for your convenience. Projecting from the heart center, Dhartee Hai, Akasha Hai, Guru Ram Das Hai connects us to the Earth and to the vastness of the Ether.

It makes you present, calls on your highest spirit, keeps you humble and effective on your new ventures, and attracts opportunities for prosperity.
